Speed control method

The gear speed reducer is a decelerating motor with fixed speed. Once the speed ratio is selected, the motor reducer is selected and the final output speed is fixed. Various speed control methods used in pre-engineering.
1. It is the simplest and most economical method for speed adjustment. There are usually only two speeds, and the speed adjustment ratio is smaller (l: 2, 1, 6) and the limit is three. The speed of regulation is small, although it has the speed.
2. Stepless speed regulation can be divided into mechanical and electrical. The former common method is to insert mechanical stepless speed adjusting device in the connection of motor and gear box. The advantage is that the speed reducers is stable, the structure is not complicated, it is suitable for the bad environment; The disadvantage is that the belt and friction plate of the speed range is a consumable part, which needs to be replaced regularly. The latter is for the asynchronous motor to perform cascade speed regulation, rotor resistance speed regulation or to the dc motor to adjust speed regulation.
